Confessions of a Streamaholic

I firstly want to apologise for being gone for so long life has just been so hectic for many reasons and unfortunately I let this take a back seat, but finally I feel like I now have some time to get back to this. I might not post as frequently as I used to but I hope to still make a good effort every week with keeping you up to date on what I’m watching and my opinions.

I’m really sad I missed posting during the Halloween as there is so many movies I wanted to watch this year but didn’t get round to it, some were kids films and others were scary films as been getting back into them lately. What I did manage to watch though was ‘A Quiet Place’, I had watched ‘A Quiet Place: Day One’ on the plane home from Qatar last year which I enjoyed so on Halloween watched the first one made and I really enjoyed it. These to me aren’t really scary that’s why I feel like I can watch them the creatures remind me a lot of the Demogorgon’s from ‘Stranger Things’ which I have also rewatched but more on that later. So I do recommend the ‘A Quiet Place’ movies if you fancy something scary but not something that will keep you up at night unless you believe this could happen. I watched the Aileen Wuornos documentary on Netflix as well when it came out was also very interesting, tried to watch ‘Monster: The Ed Gein Story’ but I haven’t managed to get through it all so can’t give a full opinion on this.

To get you up to date with what I have been watching and what I recommend I have given a list below:

Nobody Wants This S2 – I just love this such an easy watch and I do recommend to anyone and everyone but the ending of this season just felt very similar to the first but I’m sticking with it I have committed myself to it as a season so, we shall see as I think the 3rd season with turn the story line to other characters more which I’m here for.

Selling Sunset S9 – Drama, Drama, Drama was Season 9 again, it’s another season I’ve committed myself to so had to watch but can’t say I was 100% invested each season is more of the same.

Love is Blind S9 – Took me a while to get through this season wasn’t my favourite and kind of fast forwarded through the wedding episodes but loved the reunion.

Harlan Coben’s Lazarus – I am obsessed with this was hooked from the first episode to the last second, if this is not getting a second season then I am shook, because I need explanations I had an inkling the person involved in the cliffhanger was part of something but for it to be left like that, no explanation and no idea if there is a 2nd season coming I am begging for more.

The Celebrity Traitors – This was the first time I watched any kind of The Traitors and just because of clips I seen of Alan Carr on Tik Tok from episodes 1 & 2 so I had to watch this, I loved so much it was so funny that I did watch Season 2 of the UK The Traitors. Will be watching this going forward as I now understand the hype.

Stranger Things (Rewatch) – If I thought I was excited before rewatching for the new season I am now OBSESSED for the new season. I just enjoyed this so much it is so interesting and so many small details which will connect to what’s happening in the new season so I needed it fresh in my brain, it’s better than I remember so it makes me sad that it’s finishing but will probably rewatch it loads. Will be hosting a watch party for one when this comes out.

I am so happy to be back and blogging again we are coming into my favourite season of the year so be ready for all the Christmas content, reviews, favourites lists and of course the Strangers Things final season release, also some good movies coming out soon so may also be throwing some of those in. I CANNOT WAIT!!!!
