• I firstly want to apologise for being gone for so long life has just been so hectic for many reasons and unfortunately I let this take a back seat, but finally I feel like I now have some time to get back to this. I might not post as frequently as I used to but I hope to still make a good effort every week with keeping you up to date on what I’m watching and my opinions.

I’m really sad I missed posting during the Halloween as there is so many movies I wanted to watch this year but didn’t get round to it, some were kids films and others were scary films as been getting back into them lately. What I did manage to watch though was ‘A Quiet Place’, I had watched ‘A Quiet Place: Day One’ on the plane home from Qatar last year which I enjoyed so on Halloween watched the first one made and I really enjoyed it. These to me aren’t really scary that’s why I feel like I can watch them the creatures remind me a lot of the Demogorgon’s from ‘Stranger Things’ which I have also rewatched but more on that later. So I do recommend the ‘A Quiet Place’ movies if you fancy something scary but not something that will keep you up at night unless you believe this could happen. I watched the Aileen Wuornos documentary on Netflix as well when it came out was also very interesting, tried to watch ‘Monster: The Ed Gein Story’ but I haven’t managed to get through it all so can’t give a full opinion on this.

To get you up to date with what I have been watching and what I recommend I have given a list below:

Nobody Wants This S2 – I just love this such an easy watch and I do recommend to anyone and everyone but the ending of this season just felt very similar to the first but I’m sticking with it I have committed myself to it as a season so, we shall see as I think the 3rd season with turn the story line to other characters more which I’m here for.

Selling Sunset S9 – Drama, Drama, Drama was Season 9 again, it’s another season I’ve committed myself to so had to watch but can’t say I was 100% invested each season is more of the same.

Love is Blind S9 – Took me a while to get through this season wasn’t my favourite and kind of fast forwarded through the wedding episodes but loved the reunion.

Harlan Coben’s Lazarus – I am obsessed with this was hooked from the first episode to the last second, if this is not getting a second season then I am shook, because I need explanations I had an inkling the person involved in the cliffhanger was part of something but for it to be left like that, no explanation and no idea if there is a 2nd season coming I am begging for more.

The Celebrity Traitors – This was the first time I watched any kind of The Traitors and just because of clips I seen of Alan Carr on Tik Tok from episodes 1 & 2 so I had to watch this, I loved so much it was so funny that I did watch Season 2 of the UK The Traitors. Will be watching this going forward as I now understand the hype.

Stranger Things (Rewatch) – If I thought I was excited before rewatching for the new season I am now OBSESSED for the new season. I just enjoyed this so much it is so interesting and so many small details which will connect to what’s happening in the new season so I needed it fresh in my brain, it’s better than I remember so it makes me sad that it’s finishing but will probably rewatch it loads. Will be hosting a watch party for one when this comes out.

I am so happy to be back and blogging again we are coming into my favourite season of the year so be ready for all the Christmas content, reviews, favourites lists and of course the Strangers Things final season release, also some good movies coming out soon so may also be throwing some of those in. I CANNOT WAIT!!!!

  • I didn’t know what to expect from this movie apart from the small description on DIsney+, I hadn’t watched the trailer just knew it had Lily James in it, but it sounded intriguing since it follows the creator of Bumble.

It started of well with some good music ‘Oh La La’ by Goldfrapp and this continued throughout with artists like La Roux, Charli XCX ft Icona Pop, The Ting Tings and DJ Snake & Lil Jon. The music went very well with the content of the movie even just the ambient stuff put in under the scenes.

When we first meet Whitney (Lily James) it looks like she has scammed her way into a party to network as she is new to LA, on the way out at the valet she meets Sean (Ben Schnetzer) and they get chatting where he tells her to come by anytime. Whitney (James) ends up turning up at his office the next day and this leads to him offering her a job. Whitney (James) is very ambitious with wanting to make a difference and I think from the off this was what made her likeable to me.

The company Whitney (James) works for has a mix of ideas but the one that sticks is a dating app they call ‘Tinder’, knowing this film is based on a true story I had no idea the creator of Bumble used to work for Tinder. The office environment seems really laid-back and fun at first, James’ character makes a friend who she goes on a Crime Tour with which we see their friendship throughout. Whitney (James) uses other dating apps and goes on dates for market research, they also have a funny, clever moment using an example of shower wiping to explain the Tinder swipe.

When we get introduced to Justin (Jackson White) I thought he was being really nice, I wrote this down then the next second he was being a word I can’t say, but let’s just say he was really annoying me. Jackson White does play the manipulative guy very well him as Stephen in ‘Tell Me Lies’ if you haven’t watched, please do. As soon as he turned Whitney (James) although happy as she’s asked to be a co-founder of Tinder things start going downhill especially after her break-up with Justin (White).

Whitney (James) does a lot to get Tinder off the ground with how she promotes it to the Frat and Sorority houses at American College’s. The movie shows the quick cannon balled success that Tinder got and just when they reach 1 Million users (the sprinkles being triggered and it raining on everyone is so good) things start to change Justin (White) is being a gas lighter, she goes to her boss and he does nothing to help which leads to her leaving Tinder. The next part was heartbreaking to watch with her doom scrolling and panic attacks, you feel really sorry for her as it isn’t her fault.

The silver lining is the Badoo CEO Andrey (Dan Stevens) who has a sense of humor creating some small giggle moments, he tries to poach her and she declines but luckily they chat again and he is happy for her to front her own thing, it takes a small bit of convincing but finally she agrees. This time Whitney (James) wants to fix injustices and make a positive difference for online dating for woman and then came Bumble which she creates with her friends but passed colleagues of Tinder and this was a big success too of course.

I don’t know the real story but happy she found love that seems happy and stable with Michael (Pierson Fode), if you seen my last review about ‘The Wrong Paris’ he is also a Texan cowboy in this film and he just fits the part so well. Also, not sure if she did speak out on any controversy with the Badoo CEO or what actually happened at her time at Tinder but it does make me second think if I ever download a dating app again which one I would use.

I really enjoyed this film, always interested to watch something that is based on a true story, you get a lot of small funny moments, small romances but overall following the story of Whitney is enough to keep the attention and see how these dating apps came to be/ see a possible version of what happened.

  • I had seen this advertised but didn’t keep track of when it was coming out so when I seen it appear on the Netflix Top 10 List I knew I had to watch it. I love the cheesy modern romcoms that keep popping up and keep reading if you want to see all my unfiltered opinions as this may be the best one yet.

From the off you can see that Dawn (Miranda Cosgrove) is some sort of artist, she creates her pieces in a barn on her family’s land and the setting of what we find out to be countryside Texas is just breathtaking. The family dynamic they have is really sweet Birdie (Frances Fisher), their grandmother who has raised Dawn and her two sisters Emily (Emilija Baranac) and Max (Ava Bianchi).

Dawn (Miranda Cosgrove) is looking to go to school in Paris but had to use some of her funds on an accident her grandmother had last year to cover insurance so is at a bit of a loss on how she can afford it. He sister Emily (Emilija Baranac) comes up with her applying for a reality TV show called ‘The Honey Pot’ and the next season is set to be in Paris (but the twist is its not the one the contestants think). ‘The Honey Pot’ is giving ‘The Bachelor’ which as a UK girly I haven’t seen but I know the concept and I’m a big fan of love reality TV shows, so having this in a movie YES PLEASE.

After auditioning she goes to a bar and bumps into a cowboy they hit it off really well but she disappears after saving her sister, where she shows she had attitude. Dawn (Miranda Cosgrove) and the cowboy (Pierson Fodé) have such good chemistry and I could already call he was going to be ‘the honey’.

When it comes to the reality show I love this as a story line, since I love reality TV and the way they film it with having them do there interviews and displaying parts of the movie like clips from the show. The music is very fitting to the cosy, fun vibe of the movie/show or where they are located and as I said before the setting in where it was filmed was stunning, I need to go there as soon as possible.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate Trey McAllen the Third (Pierson Fodé) I cannot review this movie without commenting on his scene with the horse and hose, yes, it is used as part of what would be the TV Show but it fits so well with the story and if you didn’t fancy him before this scene I don’t see how you can’t after it. He hits being a cowboy and the game show honey so well it was perfect casting.

As mentioned before the chemistry between the Cosgrove & Fodé is palpable, from beginning to end I couldn’t get over there tension, not only that they do seem to really like each other and have deep conversations. Cosgrove is a producer on the movie and she did state they knew Pierson Fodé was a great fit when they done the reading together and they could already feel the chemistry. Just shows that great casting can really change the impact of a movie.

The other contestants were so funny and exactly what was needed, I think from the off you know it will be between Dawn (Cosgrove) & Lexi (Madison Pettis) who is a great mean girl by the way usually always one on these type of shows, so again great choice for the role. It has so many funny scenes as well with the girls fighting in the mud, producer stepping in manure and Dawn lassoing Trey.

When we get to the end and they are actually in Paris but Dawn has been kicked off the show and she’s started art school but producer Rachel (Yvonne Orji) comes to visit and tried to get her to come back to Trey. The way this all unfolds breaks my heart and then puts it back together again whilst also giving me a laugh, so wholesome and I just love that they got a happy ending.

Overall, this gave me everything I need from a romcom, it’s chemistry, storyline, good music and giving me a main man to be obsessed with for the duration, tick tick tick and TICK. I couldn’t have asked for anything better unless they have made a episode of ‘The Honey Pot’ based on this as I would love to see how much Dawn is in it due to her outlandish comments half the time. Give this a watch I don’t think you will be disappointed, something I’ll be coming back too.

  • I know letterbox is for Films, but I had to give a break down of what my top 4 series are of all time because I probably consume more shows than films:

Greys Anatomy: When I started watching it I wasn’t sure it would be for me as I hadn’t watched a medical show before, boy was I wrong. I had to get myself through the first season and after that I was hooked. PICK ME, CHOOSE ME, LOVE ME! It is just an iconic series. I became even more obsessed with it when they introduced Mark Sloane & Lexi Grey, probably an unpopular opinion but love them more than MerDer. So although I haven’t watched all 21 seasons (as currently stands) many times over Seasons 5 – 8 have been rewatched ALOT. Some of the storylines are just crazy that you can’t not be invested in this show, just when you think things are going fine, BANG! something happens. I know some people have fallen off from watching it cause it’s so long but I’ve spent so much time watching it I feel like I need to know what keeps happening and the end of Season 21 had me on the edge of my seat so I need the next on ASAP.

Gavin & Stacey: I probably watched this way to young but it has always been a favourite. I got the personality of the characters and some of the humor when I was younger so like with most things, the more I rewatch the more I pick up and end up laughing more at how I didn’t pick this up before. I could say confidently that I know nearly word by word a lot of the iconic scenes and my trivia knowledge is pretty good too. My friend got me ‘The Gavin & Stacey Quiz Book’ for Christmas and when going through one of the Christmas episodes didn’t even need the option answers sometimes I just knew the answer from the top of my head. I love all the characters but Pam & Bryn are firm favourites for me very quotable with a ‘OH MY CHRIST’ or ‘And I’ll tell you for why…’. People watch Gilmore Girls in the Autumn months I rewatch Gavin & Stacey like its an advent calendar to Christmas.

Hart of Dixie: This is a new favourite of mine as I only started watching it at the start of this year but it made an impact. I do like Gilmore Girls but I think just because of the easy watching and cosy vibe the town of Bluebell gives off I might rewatch Hart of Dixie, AGAIN. You might think I have only watched this once since I started it not long ago and the answer is. Yes, if you mean all the way through, if you don’t then NO. I have rewatched certain episodes multiple times just because I loved what unfolded or was secretly hoping for Wade & Zoe to get together. Like I said it is a very easy show to watch and like most shows there are characters who are put in just to add stuff to the show and Bluebell, Alabama certainly have a lot of them but what it also has is one of the best love triangles ever! Zoe for the first season has a crush on George Tucker, nice guy but I’ve always backed Wade Kinsella as from the off they just have some great back and forth. I won’t spoil what happens but I have raved about this to everyone to give a watch.

Friends: This TV show is looped on my Netflix, if I can’t find anything to watch or not in the mood for something that takes up brain power, Friends is usually what I put on. The length of the episodes gives you flexibility of how much you want to watch and you could jump in anywhere no matter what season and be able to know what’s going on. The lovableness of the characters and their different personalities makes this show the phenomenon that it is, so many memes, quotable lines and an iconic theme song/intro. I couldn’t pick out a favourite character but I know I quote a lot of Ross especially just random things like ‘it’s my sandwich’, ‘holiday armadillo’, ‘I’m fine’ or my favourite ‘I’m an 8’ when he get’s the spray tan. This will probably be on a lot of people’s list but how could it not be it’s one of the biggest tv shows around and I’m sure generations to come will enjoy it the same way.

Honorable Mentions: Our Girl, The Vampire Diaries, Criminal Minds & Stranger Things

  • As someone who loves movies, I found it really hard to condense this list to something I was happy with as I have so many movies that I watch time and time again or hold a special place in my heart. However, I think I have managed to make a list I am happy with, as if any of them made any more movies following the characters I would not be disappointed.

Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again: I am very aware this is a sequel but I think both the Mamma Mia! movies are great in there own right. The reason ‘Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again is my favourite is because before it’s release the original was my favourite but this movie came out just before my mum passed and the storyline this one follows really spoke to me. It’s sad but also so energetic and lively with all the music, I also love that it goes between young Donna and current Sophie. A movie I can never get bored of.

Top Gun: Maverick: As I said in my review of this movie, it has a little bit of everything and I find that so endearing. I am routing for Maverick and Rooster to make up, wanting Maverick and Penny to end up together, loving the action of the mission and seeing the banter between the team. Again, I know this is a sequel and the first film is good but being in a new generation the sequel with the music and the cast appeals to me more but that’s just personal preference.

Just Go With It: This is just such a comfort film and an easy watch. With all Adam Sandler films you can expect a weird, wonderful and humorous time and this is exactly what you get with this film. The mix of Adam Sandler and Jennifer Anniston together never fails to entertain me, the back and forth they have is too funny. Love the fake family going on holiday together to impress the girlfriend storyline, then Anniston’s character needs to use Sandler in a fake scenario against an old college nemesis. So many fun moments and something I’ll never get bored of watching.

Bridget Jones’s Diary: I think every day I get older I start to feel a little bit like Bridget Jones, she is just so relatable and funny. She manages to get herself in some crazy positions but it just makes her even more normal and loveable. I love all the films in this series but you wouldn’t have the rest without the original and that’s why its my favourite and is just a truly perfect romcom.

Just missing out – Twisters, The Great Gatsby, Captain America: Civil War, The Parent Trap & Moulin Rouge

  • A book to movie adaptation can be difficult as you already have a fanbase of the book and trying to get the film right is tough, people will have different ideas of what they expect for these projects and you can’t make everyone happy but I am always excited to see the comparison of book to movie, in the past some movies I think could have been better and I prefer the book still then there’s times I think the adaptation has been spot on.

Regretting You by Colleen Hoover- 24th October 2025: There is a lot of Colleen Hoover adaptions in this list and I am a big fan of her but I don’t think I have read this book yet, so it is on my list as I feel like if I can read the book before watching the movie I should otherwise if I leave it till after I probably won’t read it. I did like the ‘It Ends With Us’ adaptation but for me they missed a few key things, so let’s see what happens with this one.

The Housemaid by Freida McFadden – 24th December 2025: My friend has recommended this book to me for the longest time and I need to get a move on a read it. I think because it’s not usually a genre I read that is what stalled me but because I seen the cast Sydney Sweeney, Amanda Seyfried, Brandon Sklenar & Michele Morrone and was really excited by this it has given me the push to get this read before going to see the movie.

People We Meet on Vacation by Emily Henry – 9th January 2026: I haven’t read any of Emily Henry yet but from looking at the blurb of this book since there is no trailer yet I am looking forward to it. The blurb hints that they have a falling out of some sort and 2 years later agree to go on another holiday, in a way this makes me not want to read the book before seeing this movie as then I won’t know why they fell out and I have a feeling it’s juicy. I have seen Tom Blyth in the most recent Hunger Games movie and think he is a great actor but this will be my first encounter of Emily Bader

Reminders of Him by Colleen Hoover – 13th February 2026: I have read this book a few times, the first time in one day, where I was crying my eyes so I am extremely excited to see the adaptation especially when they have casted some people I haven’t seen act before like Maika Monroe & Tyrik Withers but I have seen projects Lauren Graham and Rudy Pankow have been in. I hope this stays very true to the book, will be rereading it before I go see this.

You Deserve Each Other by Sarah Hogle – 2026: I only knew this was a book after seeing the pictures of Penn Badgley & Meghann Fahey that were released and having read up on what this book was about I am excited to see them as the protagonists. Again, it’s another book I think I could be happy to not read before it comes out but also I’m intrigued to see how closely the sabotaging they do would relate to the books. Either way it’s a film I’ll be lining up to see as not seen Penn Badgley in something that isn’t ‘You’ or ‘Gossip Girl’ and my only run in with Fahey was ‘Sirens’ this year but she made an impression and them both together I think will be fabulous.

Verity by Colleen Hoover – 2nd October 2026: When I seen the first images of them shooting this movie, I couldn’t have been more excited, was sending lots of TikToks back and forth between my friends about this, will definitely be a girls night out activity for us. I don’t remember who I pictured for the character’s when I was reading the book but the casting they got for this is sensational Dakota Johnson as Lowen, Anne Hathaway as Verity and Josh Hartnett as Jeremy.

  • I don’t remember watching this as a child but I stumbled across it in my teenage years and since then it has been a firm favourite, I have watched it countless times. Also, could be wrong but I think it’s a massively underrated movie but what would I know as it came out before I was even born. No matter what age you are I think you can enjoy this film, it has humor, romance and a whole lot of fun.

As I’ve said before when looking at older films you always get the opening credits and usually I’m not too fussed for them but I love this one, the song ‘L O V E’ by Nat ‘King’ Cole and the clips of fireworks, a romantic dinner, hand holding etc. It gives the backstory of how the parents fell in love and what you later know to be their wedding night which I think is really clever to do the opening credits. The music throughout is very good I recognise a few songs like ‘There She Goes’ by The La’s and at the end ‘This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)’ by Natalie Cole, had a little dance to this one.

The movie starts with both girls Hallie and Annie both played by Lindsay Lohan going to Camp Walden. Janice from ‘Friends’ pops up, I know Maggie Wheeler is a respected actress but she will always be Janice to me. The camp setting gives you the feel for the movie very fun and vibrant. The handshake we see when Annie gets dropped of by her butler Martin I love shows instantly how he is more than just a butler to the James’. We get little moments where the camp supervisors one of the Marvas gets confused with the girls as she asks then both about strawberries they both say they have an allergy (SNAP cause so do I) which she then looks confused saying she was just told this. The strawberries is the first common thing we hear about apart from the looks. You can see both girls are very competitive and when they go up against each other in fencing (later we see this when they play poker as well) when one wins and they finally see each other for the first time you do see the shock and then we see Janice Marva is confused at who is who.

The girls then have a bit of back and forth with pranks which leads them to be isolated from the rest of camp. In these scenes they both say ‘Take a whack at it’ at points and coming up with sassy remarks. Since Lohan plays both girls I would have been really interested to see when they were filming how much time it took to get through the scenes doing both views and having to have a stunt double to show the back of the other twin, or how they edited it to show both girls in the same shot.

When you finally have them isolated together they get talking and it all unravels, same birthday, both love Oreos with Peanut Butter, one has a mom but no dad, the other a dad but no mom, only a crinkled split in half picture of the parent they don’t have. The moment they realise and Hallie says ‘sisters’ and Annie has to correct her in the proper British accent she has going on with ‘Sisters, Hallie we’re like Twins’, it is just so sweet. Then the plan to switch is brilliant, I am no parent but as the girls say later in the film, what a terrible arrangement they had going on.

I love the interactions the girls have when they meet the parent they grew up without Dennis Quaid was a great choice for Nicholas ‘Nick’ Parker and Natasha Richards as Elizabeth James is iconic, I can’t ever imagine someone else playing her, she is a vibe, her panic moment when she knows she needs to see Nick Parker again is amazing, it’s been my X header for the longest time.

When Annie goes to Napa to meet Nick and gets introduced to Meredith Blake (Elaine Hendrix) I can’t believe she is 26, that’s how old I am and comparing the movie ages to real life is really something but I guess that was nearly 30 years ago. Meredith plays the perfect villain who isn’t a villain. Especially when the twins are back together and they want to break Nick and Meredith up on the camping by sabotaging with the gecko (I think that’s what it is) and her bed out on the lake, she freaks and ultimately it’s bye bye to her.

The realisations the parents get when they find out it’s the other twin really warms my heart. The parents having to meet again is also very entertaining. As above we see Elizabeth James freaking out at seeing Nick again so much so she gets drunk on the plane and sticks her leg out of the taxi for Martin to take when they get to the hotel and Nick follows the elevator door closed when he sees Elizabeth. I love the ending that Annie and Elizabeth leave Napa but Hallie and Nick follow them to London it is so sweet!!!

The reconnecting of the twins and the parents really make this movie, it has a bit of everything humor, fun, drama and of course romance, it’s not a massive part of the movie but it is there especially with what the girls try to do with sending the parents for dinner on a boat again, they have moments so close to something happening and you are like screaming at your TV for them to kiss but they don’t, obviously as a kid you aren’t interested in that stuff but to me this is a borderline romcom after being a kids movie.

  • I heard about this film via TikTok there was a podcast clip where someone said this movie was the best romcom of all time. So, naturally I thought I would give it a watch as I love me a romcom. Sandra Bullock and Bill Pullman are the protagonists in this film, I’m a big fan of Bullock, seen a lot of her movies but I think this is the first time I’ve seen Pullman in a movie from what I can remember. Let’s dive into what I thought about this.

I knew the song at the start straight away This Will Be (An Everlasting Love) by Natalie Cole, having a little sing song to myself when the opening titles were running, so common to see this in an older film. I liked that there was narration from Lucy (Sandra Bullock) at the start giving a background on her younger family life/ her parents love. The rest of the music was Christmas related I didn’t realise when I started the film it was based around this time.

The setting of Chicago at Christmas was beautiful though, all the lights and decorations really complimented the scenes, giving a cosy vibe which is what you that time of year is all about. I have to say I love the fashion of Bullock’s character Lucy in the film also think I might need to head to the hairdressers and ask for her hairstyle as I’m obsessed with it.

I was surprised to see Peter Gallagher aka Peter (name in this film, not referring to him on a first name basis) aka Sandy Cohen when he pops up as the guy Lucy (Bullock) has a crush on and saves his life when he falls on the tracks. The way Lucy (Bullock) loves to chat and ramble along with what she is saying I feel like I can relate to her a lot and I love being able to do that with characters. She is also a tad dramatic which I can get on board with.

I love the dynamic between Lucy (Sandra Bullock) & Jack (Bill Pullman), Jack (Pullman) is very suspicious I feel at the start and as time goes on he seems to believe the situation Lucy (Bullock) is in which makes him jealous of his brother Peter (Peter Gallagher). Jack and Lucy have a lot of sweet moments like talking about Florence, falling over on the ice and getting her the snow globe.

There is a lot of light humor throughout this film and the storyline is easy to follow, adding the crazy family Peter (Peter Gallagher) & Jack (Bill Pullman) have you get some great moments: Jack’s (Pullman) heart to heart with his dad about his career, the back and forth they have and the families involvement with the end scene. I was tearing up when Lucy (Bullock) gave a speech to the family about falling in love them too, made my heart swell. The tie in of narration at the end like we had it the start I thought was a good touch, it is also when we understand the title of the movie itself, it also tied in Florence which was highlighted throughout the movie.

Overall, this was a lighthearted, fun, easy watch. I think I would watch this closer to Christmas time in future just cause of the cosiness and time of year in the film. The characters and storyline were captured and presented really well that I couldn’t help but be fully invested in what was going on. If you are a fan of Sandra Bullock, Bill Pullman or Peter Gallagher then I think you should give this a watch.

  • Greys Anatomy – Season 22, October 9th 2025: The ending of Season 21 has left such a cliffhanger that I am bursting for this new season to be released. I think there was 90 seconds left of the episode and I had to pause my TV and was like ‘NO NO NO This is not happening’ and it did, you think you’ve seen seen it all with Greys Anatomy then they do this, safe to say I’ll be sat to watch as soon as the first episode is out.

Stranger Things – Season 5: Volume 1, November 26th 2025: I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS, I plan to rewatch all the seasons on the lead up to this release so I have all the information fresh in my mind. This fight with Vecna/the Upside down feels kind of personal since this series has spanned nearly a decade I’m interested to see how it ends and I know we will lose people along the way but if it’s anyone important I’ll be a mess. But I do feel like we will see familiar faces from previous seasons I’m hoping the rumor everyone who died is in the upside down still would be so good.

Emily In Paris – Season 5, December 18th 2025: I love this series, it’s just such an easy watch, the episodes aren’t too long but packed full. I’m intrigued to see how this season works as the ending to S4 left Emily in Rome, does this mean we will be split between Rome and Paris, people travelling back and forth or will there be some sort of time jump and Emily is back in Paris? I seen that Bryan Greenburg (Jake Jagielski, One Tree Hill) is part of this season which excites me.

Big Bold Beautiful Journey, September 19th 2025: This has been on my radar since the first trailer came out and I’ve been so excited for it ever since. The storyline and the way the film is formatted looks different to anything I’ve seen before, the music used in the trailer ‘I miss you, I’m sorry’ by Gracie Abrams gives it this fairy-tale feel that has me hooked. I am a big fan of both Margot Robbie and Colin Farrell and there dynamic seems good so I can’t wait to go and see this when it comes out.

Wicked: For Good, November 21st 2025: I love a musical and the first Wicked (2024) exceeded all my expectations, so I’m hoping that the second part will too and I have no doubt as the trailer is GIVING. Sometimes adaptations can fall short but they went all out for this the two sections of the musical split into two movies means they have been able to pay attention to detail to everything you usually see in the musical. Think I love this movie equally as much, if not better.

Avatar: Fire & Ash, December 19th 2025: I didn’t even realise there was a new Avatar coming out until I was looking at what was due to be released. These films are iconic and thinking about it, the last film did end in a way where you could expect and another movie. Because there was such a gap between the first two movies I expected if another one was coming it wouldn’t be so soon but the magical world Avatar has created draws people in and it’s always an experience especially in the cinema and I’m assuming in IMAX so I’m sure it will be a sell out.
